When measure your existing belt size, you measure from the buckle prong to the centre hole(No.3 hole if it have 5 holes) of the belt.
The belt size is in this measuring method, not from end to end measure.
Depending of your situation, we recommend one size larger than the usual waist size, This is to increase the fit and make sure there is enough space for your comfort.
Always better to have one size bigger than your waist size.
For example, if you are a size 38" waist, we suggest you order 40"belt and if size 37" waist also 40"belt.
